FROM REJECTION TO RECOGNITION

RANVIZ began with one tough day and one brave decision.
Our founder Avnil Asis Kumar walked into a well-known hardware company for a simple IT job. He expected a chance. Instead, he was told they couldn’t hire him because they couldn’t afford to pay him the rate he deserved. It really hit him hard and That moment was hurtful.
He walked out straight from the interview to the seaside and sat there the whole day, watching the waves and wondering what to do next. No job. No income. No backup plan. Just a mind full of responsibility and a heart refusing to give up and asked himself one simple question: “What now?” 

While sitting there, silently and the silence became the turning point and the idea came not from comfort, but from pressure.
“If no one can give me a job, then he promised and decided he would never depend on anyone else to decide his value I’ll create my own.” 

The first idea that came was simple start a small car wash. No capital, no fancy plan, just courage and a stubborn belief that life can change when you take the first step. 

The journey started with a bucket, soap, and a hose. A simple car wash business. No glamour… just hard work, from washing cars under the hot Fiji sun, sunburn, late nights, and a dream. Day by day he built trust, customer by customer, until one opportunity opened the door to something bigger.

From the roadside car wash came a bold leap into the fresh-produce world. Delivering fruits and vegetables in a borrowed vehicle, the journey slowly took shape. One order at a time. One customer at a time. One long night after another. There were days with no sales, days with breakdowns, days with doubt but giving up was never an option.

That grit became Ranviz Fresh Farm Produce.
our director started buying and selling fruits and vegetables first in small quantities, then in larger volumes. He studied the market, learned the buyers, and understood the needs of families, shops, and hotels.

Slowly, the vision took shape.
From one man… to a brand.
From one vehicle… to a fleet.
From a small idea… to RANVIZ Fresh Farm Produce, supplying hotels, resorts, supermarkets, and communities across Fiji.

Today, RANVIZ stands as a reminder that success doesn’t start with money it starts with courage. 

Today we supply some of Fiji’s finest hotels, resorts, supermarkets, cruise liners, and families. What started with a single person, a rejected job application, and a moment by the sea is now a growing brand known for quality, reliability, and heart.

We’re still humble. Still hungry. Still building.

We source our fruits and vegetables from local farmers as much as possible to ensure that our produce is always fresh and in season. We also offer a variety of organic and specialty items for those with specific dietary needs.
