Nothing about this business was easy it never started from no family inheritance, no family support it is built by this generation Directors AVNIL ASIS KUMAR & RANJITA VIKASHNI DEVI with their grind and hard work that they did to build this business which break the family generation curse and build this business that will be continued generation by generation.

RANVIZ didn't start with big money, big support, or big connections. It started with courage one day: we made a decision: we will not wait for opportunities we will create them in the beginning, there was just one vehicle, long days in the sun, early mornings in the market, and late-night delivering orders. Some days we didn't even make profit, but we kept going. We believed that if we worked harder than anyone else, and stayed loyal to our customers, success would follow.

People laughed. Some doubted. Some said, “You won’t make it.”
We kept quiet, and we kept working.

We built this business through:

• Waking up before sunrise while the world slept 
• Driving miles with tired eyes and full determination 
• Packing orders ourselves, no matter how heavy the load 
• Smiling even when the day was tough 
• Treating every customer like family
   

Slowly, one customer turned into ten.
Ten turned into a hundred.
Word spread not because of luck but because of work.

Today, Ranviz supplies families, hotels, resorts, supermarkets, restaurants and communities across Fiji. We have grown but we have not changed. Our hands are still in the work. Our hearts are still in our service. Our courage is still strong. Our directors are still in the field and out of comfort zone.

We stand where we stand because we refused to quit.

And we are still just getting started.
